Large enough for the job. Small enough to know you.
Why SECTRON exists, how we work, and how to recognise a serious provider.
Because security is too often administered rather than owned
Anyone working in this industry knows both extremes. On one side, large providers with clean processes, where the client ends up in a queue when something goes wrong and staff keep changing. On the other, small providers who are close to you but not robustly set up when it comes to evidence, insurance and documentation.
Sectron Solutions GmbH was founded in Frankfurt am Main in 2026 to bring the two together: the standards of a professional security company and the personal accountability of an owner-managed business.
That is why we grow deliberately. We take on only as many sites as we can genuinely look after – a few done properly rather than fast growth at the expense of quality. Anyone who signs with us gets a mobile number, not a hotline.
Discipline, accountability, an eye for detail
These three things are the foundation of security – and the yardstick every shift has to be measured against.
Discipline
On time for the shift, complete in the documentation, consistent on the rounds. Including on the third Sunday in a row.
Accountability
We stand behind our people – on qualifications, on pay, and on the mistakes that can happen.
An eye for detail
The open cellar door, the broken light, the loose site fence: we report those too, even when we were not asked to.

Managing Director · Certified Security Specialist
“Experience does not show on paper, but in what you do every day. Discipline, accountability and an eye for detail are, to me, the foundation of good security work.”
As managing director, he is the person you meet at the first conversation, who walks the site survey with you and whom you call when something happens at night. Short routes instead of chains of responsibility.
Security starts with evidence.
Ask every provider about these points – including us. We provide the documents before the assignment starts, without being asked.
